Location: Sri Lanka
Working hours: Sri Lanka: 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM – Nigeria: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Day off: 4 days/month
Salary: 500 – 600 USD/month (paid on the 15th, in USDT or LKR)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for company positions.

• Conduct first-round interviews and evaluate applicants.

• Answer candidates’ inquiries regarding job roles and company procedures.

• Arrange flight schedules and support onboarding procedures for new hires.

• Translate and manage recruitment/HR-related documents (English; knowledge of Chinese/Vietnamese is a plus).

• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Nationality: Nigeria.

• Education: College degree or above.

• Age: 21 – 30.

• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

• Knowledge of Chinese or Vietnamese is an advantage.

• Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and a good team player.

• Prior HR/recruitment experience or background in gaming/online entertainment industry is preferred.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

1. Submit CV + certificates via company email.

2. Attend 2 rounds of interviews.

3. If successful:

   • Take a health checkup: blood, liver, urine, HIV, chest X-ray.

   • Prepare passport + flight ticket.

   • Company welcomes at the airport and supports onboarding.
