• Working Hours: 10:30–19:30 daily (9 hours plus 1 hour break!)

You are the voice of the “Agent.” Your job is to turn passive scrollers into active depositors. You are not just writing “posts”; you are writing money-printing scripts. You must master the art of “FOMO” (Fear Of Missing Out) and speak the language of the Nigerian streets to build trust and excitement.

2. Core Responsibilities (The “Naija Street” Standard)

1. Street Lingo & Pidgin Proficiency

• Write scripts in engaging Naija Pidgin to build instant rapport

• Write short, punchy notifications (under 160 characters) that trigger immediate clicks.
• Goal: Create immediate action.

1. Platform-Specific Tone Management

• Facebook: Community-focused, slightly longer stories about “Big Wins.”
• X (Twitter): Short, savage, trending banter. Use hashtags like #SureOdds, #BettingTips.
• TikTok: Short, catchy scripts for video voiceovers.

1. SEO & Keyword Integration

• Research and weave high-volume betting keywords (e.g., “Fixed Matches,” “Booking Code,” “Sure 2 Odds”) into social posts to ensure we appear in Google Searches.

3. KPI Structure

Daily Output Target:

• Minimum 6 High-Conversion Copies/Scripts per day.
  • Breakdown: 2 Social Media Captions + 2 Push Notification Scripts + 2 Video Voiceover Scripts.

Monthly Output Target:

• Total: Minimum 150 copies per month.

4. Hiring Requirements

• Experience: Strong understanding of social media language and trends.
• Writing Style: Ability to write engaging and action-driven content (Sales Copy over Creative Writing).
• Platform IQ: Deep understanding of tone differences across Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Discipline: Ability to work within strict character limits (for SMS/Twitter).
• Preferred: Prior experience in Betting, Sports, or Sales Copywriting is a massive advantage.
