1. Trách nhiệm công việc (Responsibilities)

Thiết kế Đồ họa & Visual:     

Thiết kế banner website, đồ họa quảng cáo marketing, hình ảnh cho mạng xã hội và các ấn phẩm truyền thông khác theo yêu cầu của các chiến dịch.

• Thiết kế các ấn phẩm đồ họa như banner, event graphic, promotional graphic và các visual phục vụ hoạt động marketing.
• Đảm bảo tính nhất quán về hình ảnh, màu sắc, typography và nhận diện thương hiệu trên các nền tảng.

Thiết kế & Triển khai Website:

• Thiết kế và dựng hoàn chỉnh các website, Landing Page chuyển đổi, trang bài viết/sản phẩm bằng Elementor trên hệ thống WordPress.
• Chuyển đổi bản thiết kế từ Figma, Photoshop, Adobe XD hoặc các công cụ thiết kế khác sang giao diện Elementor chính xác theo thiết kế (Pixel-perfect).
• Tối ưu hiển thị Responsive trên Desktop, Tablet và Mobile, đồng thời kiểm tra khả năng tương thích trên các trình duyệt khác nhau.

Tối ưu Hiệu năng & Trải nghiệm (UX/UI):

• Tối ưu tốc độ tải trang, dung lượng hình ảnh và hiệu ứng chuyển động (Motion Effects/Animations), đảm bảo website hoạt động mượt mà và không gây nặng trang.
• Tối ưu bố cục, hành trình người dùng và vị trí các nút Kêu gọi hành động (CTA) nhằm hỗ trợ tăng tỷ lệ chuyển đổi.
• Đảm bảo thiết kế website có tính thẩm mỹ, dễ sử dụng và phù hợp với định hướng thương hiệu.

Tích hợp & Bảo trì Website:

• Cấu hình các form liên hệ và tích hợp CRM, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Zalo/Messenger chat vào website.
• Phối hợp với team SEO/Content để tối ưu On-page SEO, bao gồm H1-H6, Meta Title/Description, Alt Image… thông qua Rank Math hoặc Yoast SEO.
• Xử lý các lỗi hiển thị và các xung đột plugin cơ bản liên quan đến Elementor.

2. Yêu cầu chuyên môn & Kỹ năng (Requirements)

Kỹ năng bắt buộc:

• Thành thạo các phần mềm thiết kế như Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, có khả năng tự thiết kế banner website, đồ họa quảng cáo marketing và hình ảnh cho mạng xã hội.
• Có tư duy thẩm mỹ tốt và hiểu rõ về bố cục (Grid/Layout), phối màu, Typography, hình ảnh và trải nghiệm người dùng (UI/UX).
• Thành thạo WordPress và Elementor / Elementor Pro, hiểu rõ Flexbox Container, Dynamic Tags, Global Styles, Theme Builder, Custom Loop và các tính năng liên quan.
• Có khả năng chuyển đổi thiết kế từ Figma/Photoshop sang giao diện Elementor chính xác và responsive.
• Hiểu biết cơ bản về HTML5, CSS3, có khả năng viết CSS tùy chỉnh trong Elementor để xử lý các giao diện phức tạp.
• Có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong việc thiết kế và triển khai website/landing page.

Hồ sơ năng lực (Portfolio):

• Vui lòng cung cấp Portfolio thể hiện các dự án website/landing page đã thực hiện.
• Vui lòng cung cấp thêm hồ sơ thể hiện các dự án thiết kế đồ họa, chẳng hạn như banner, quảng cáo marketing, event graphic, social media graphic hoặc các ấn phẩm tương tự.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có ít nhất 3–5 dự án thực tế và có thể trình bày rõ vai trò của mình trong từng dự án.

Yêu cầu chung:

• Có khả năng tự quản lý công việc tốt và đảm bảo kết nối internet ổn định.
• Luôn sẵn sàng phản hồi trong khung giờ làm việc quy định để kịp thời xử lý các thay đổi khẩn cấp liên quan đến các chiến dịch marketing.
• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, chủ động xử lý công việc và đảm bảo deadline của các dự án được giao.

Điểm cộng (Preferred):

• Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành iGaming là một lợi thế.
• Sử dụng thành thạo các plugin mở rộng cho Elementor như Crocoblock (Jet Plugins), Ultimate Addons, Essential Addons.
• Có kiến thức cơ bản về tối ưu On-page SEO và Google PageSpeed Insights.

1. Responsibilities

Graphic & Visual Design:

• Design website banners, marketing advertising graphics, social media visuals, and other marketing materials according to campaign requirements.
• Design graphic materials such as banners, event graphics, promotional graphics, and other visuals for marketing activities.
• Ensure consistency in visual style, colors, typography, and brand identity across platforms.

Website Design & Implementation:

• Design and build complete websites, conversion-focused landing pages, and article/product pages using Elementor on WordPress.
• Convert designs from Figma, Photoshop, Adobe XD, or other design tools into Elementor interfaces with accurate, pixel-perfect implementation.
• Optimize responsive display across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile devices, and ensure compatibility across different browsers.

Performance & UX/UI Optimization:

• Optimize page loading speed, image file sizes, and Motion Effects/Animations to ensure smooth website performance without unnecessarily slowing down the website.
• Optimize layouts, user journeys, and Call-to-Action (CTA) button placement to support higher conversion rates.
• Ensure website designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand direction.

Website Integration & Maintenance:

• Configure contact forms and integrate CRM, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Zalo/Messenger chat, and other relevant tools into websites.
• Work closely with the SEO/Content team to optimize On-page SEO, including H1-H6 tags, Meta Title/Description, Alt Image, etc., using Rank Math or Yoast SEO.
• Troubleshoot display issues and basic plugin conflicts related to Elementor.

2. Requirements

Required Skills:

• Proficient in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with the ability to independently create website banners, marketing advertising graphics, and social media visuals.
• Strong aesthetic sense and a solid understanding of Grid/Layout, color combinations, Typography, imagery, and user experience (UI/UX).
• Proficient in WordPress and Elementor / Elementor Pro, with a strong understanding of Flexbox Container, Dynamic Tags, Global Styles, Theme Builder, Custom Loop, and related features.
• Ability to accurately convert designs from Figma/Photoshop into responsive Elementor interfaces.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, with the ability to write custom CSS in Elementor to handle more complex interfaces.
• Practical experience in designing and implementing websites/landing pages.

Portfolio:

• Please provide a Portfolio showcasing completed website/landing page projects.
• Please also provide a portfolio showcasing graphic design projects, such as banners, marketing advertisements, event graphics, social media graphics, or similar materials.
• Candidates with at least 3–5 real-world projects who can clearly explain their role in each project will be preferred.

General Requirements:

• Strong self-management skills and a stable internet connection.
