1. JOB OVERVIEW MARKETING PROMOTER

We are seeking a results-driven Traffic Operator to expand our operations in the Nigerian market. Your primary responsibility is to drive traffic from social media platforms to WhatsApp, engaging with potential users and converting them into active members.

This is a high-performance role offering a stable monthly salary in USDT (protecting you from inflation) and daily cash bonuses for exceeding targets.

2. WORKING CONDITIONS

• Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home).
• Working Hours: 15:00 – 00:00 (West Africa Time / Nigeria Time).
• Duration: 9 hours per day.
• Days Off: 4 days per month.
• • Note: Leaves cannot be taken on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays as these are peak traffic days.
• Technical Requirements:

  • Must have a stable Internet Connection and reliable Power Supply.
  • Must agree to use remote workflow monitoring software during working hours.

3. SALARY & PAYMENT STRUCTURE

• Probation Salary (Month 1-3): $200 USD / month.
• Confirmed Staff Salary: $250 USD / month.
• Payment Method: USDT (TRC20).
• Pay Days: Wages are paid twice a month, on the 5th and 20th.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Traffic Acquisition: Execute social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok) to attract Nigerian users.
2. User Engagement: Redirect traffic to WhatsApp and guide users through the registration process.
3. Conversion: Encourage users to make a valid first deposit (Min. ₦2,000) to become a “Valid Member”.
4. Reporting: Track daily data and ensure monthly KPIs are met.

5. PERFORMANCE TARGETS (KPIs)

To pass the evaluation, you must meet EITHER the User Count Target OR the Deposit Volume Target.

• Valid Member Definition: A user who makes a first deposit of more than ₦2,000.

6. ELIMINATION POLICY (MINIMUM STANDARDS)

Candidates who fail to meet these minimum requirements will be subject to contract termination.

• Month 1 Minimum: Must achieve > 100 Valid Users OR > ₦200,000 Deposits.
• Month 2 Minimum: Must achieve > 200 Valid Users OR > ₦400,000 Deposits.
• Month 3 Minimum: Must achieve > 300 Valid Users OR > ₦600,000 Deposits.
• Confirmed Staff Rule: Failing KPIs for 3 consecutive months will result in a reversion to Probation status/salary.

7. INCENTIVE SCHEME (DAILY BONUS)

Earn instant cash daily by exceeding your targets. There is no upper limit on earnings.

• Mechanism: After achieving the daily KPI, you receive a ₦500 bonus for every additional 5 users.
• Payment: Paid on the same day.
• Growth: Confirmed staff who achieve performance targets for 3 consecutive months will be eligible for Management Bonuses and team lead opportunities.
