SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS STAFF (REMOTE – NIGERIA)

Salary: 150 – 200 USD/month (negotiable based on capability)
About the Company:
We are an e-commerce and digital services company with partners in Vietnam and internationally. We are expanding our communications team to boost brand awareness and sales on social media platforms.
Position: Social Media & Communications Executive – Fully Remote

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Create ideas, write captions, design simple images/short videos for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada…
Manage and operate 3–5 Fanpages/TikTok accounts (more will be assigned based on performance).
Run mini-games, seeding, interact during livestreams, and handle customer inquiries via messages.
Track post performance and submit weekly reports (reach, engagement, conversion…).
Propose new content ideas based on trends and sales campaigns.
Assist in writing short video scripts, filming & basic editing using CapCut or similar tools (filming skill is a big plus).
Collaborate with micro KOLs/KOCs and internal mini-influencers.

REQUIREMENTS

Male/Female, aged 20–30, no degree required (priority for candidates with experience in social media or online sales).
At least 6 months – 1 year of real experience managing Fanpage/TikTok (personal or company pages accepted).
Strong content writing skills, quick to catch trends, understand Gen Z & mom customers’ psychology.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut; light Photoshop skill is a strong advantage.
Own a stable laptop + smartphone and good internet connection for remote work.
High responsibility, meet deadlines, can work under sales pressure.
Experience running Facebook/TikTok Ads is a HUGE advantage (extra bonus applied).
